Matej Isak
As a youngster Matej was exposed to numerous classical giants like Ella Fitzgerlad, Satcmo, Beatles, Miles etc. by his father Isak Stanislav. Once he got his first turntable and a stack full of 30's, 50's ,60's and 70's records.... he was enchanted forever.
Driven by the force of unsettlement with common solutions and ideas and always curious about going beyond the standard approach, Matej started to experiment with audio electronics and speakers himself. This quest led to many innovative projects and also to collaborations with high end audio extremists all over the globe. He is in constant search for musicality in gear and audio reply systems. Respect for quality audio recording and mastering brought him in contact with many legends in music industry like: Steve Hoffman, Bob Katz, Bob Olhsson etc.
Over the years many speakers went through his listening room. From single driver, Lowthers, open baffle, monitors, big towers etc. And it seems that there's always room for new ones :).
Nevertheless, even after 16 years he's still as passionate musician, music lover and audiophile as he was at the start.
