A topnotch and reputable company, Epos is a manufacturer of two channel hi-fi loudspeakers.  The company was founded in 1983 and purchased in 1999 by Michael Creek, owner of Creek electronics.

The award winning M12 and M15 series loudspeakers offered remarkable design and terrific sound quality.  They were later replaced by the new and improved M12.2 and M15.2 in 2003.  Other models were soon added, such as the M5, M8, and the leading M22. 

Also launched in 2003 was the new ELS 3 mini monitor which features a vinyl wrap finish, unlike the real wood veneered cabinet.  The praised Epos ELS 3 system followed next, designed for high performance two channel operation and home cinema.  The ELS 3 Centre Channel, launched later by the company, provides unrivaled quality for home entertainment systems. 

The first Epos subwoofer was released in 2005 and soon, the first 5.1 system featuring ELS products won great recognition.  This system won “Best Speaker Package under £1,000” in the What Hi Fi awards of 2005 and 2006.  The ELS 303 floor-standing model was later added to this award-winning cinema system in 2005.

Recently, the M16 floor-standing speaker and the M subwoofer were introduced in 2006.
