Jensen makes a long line of audio products, from home and marine speakers to boomboxes for satellite radio receivers.  They’re probably best known for their car speakers.  Jensen is owned by Audiovox, making them siblings with Advent, Acoustic Research and Prestige.

One of Jensen’s points of pride is the easy speaker installation in cars.  And in case you do get stuck, they have an installation hotline during business hours.  They also make 10” and 12” sub speakers and enclosures.

Jensen’s home speaker systems offer indoor and outdoor speakers, towers and entire surround packages.

The Jensen company is good at packaging products together, which is beneficial for two reasons: all of the components are matched by brand and designed to work together, and you get a price break.  Jensen has packages with speakers, amps and more for home theaters and marine audio systems.

Jensen is available at Circuit City, with most of their speakers in the $30s and $40s.  Audiovox.com has an online store, but they don’t have a large selection of products to buy direct.  If you’re going to shop online, Buy.com has a great selection and prices.
