Mackie manufactures an array of audio equiptment including mixers, studio monitors, digital audio recording devices and loudspeakers to a wide range of consumers including music artists Usher Raymon and the Young brothers from AC/DC who all own the Mackie's Digital X Bus.

Mackie works to make their consumer's experience positive. In addition to offering warranties on many of their products, Mackie also has a few non-warranty service centers devoted to consumers with products that have expired warranties.
