What would you say if one of the most prestigious piano makers in the world, started making high end audio equipment? I think lots of folks would jump for joy! Well, this just became a reality!
While Steinway's competitor, Bösendorfer, has been making its series of noble speaker line for a while, Steinways just jumped on the wagon. Recently, Steinway linked up with high end audio manufacturer Lyngdorf. Lyngdorf was founded in 2005 by hi-fi industry veteran Peter Lyngdorf. The company is best known for their digital sound systems such as CD players and full digital amplifiers. The collaboration should result in the production of a whole music playback system that would include room correction digital modules, amplifiers and speakers. Now I think all of us wait in anticipation for more info on this great news. We’ll keep you updated.
