Spacious imaging and deep power from these in wall speakers
The Good

I simply adore the steerable tweeters on these in wall speakers, and I also like the full bodied and well rounded sound that they produce. The fact that they sit flush with the wall and blend in seamlessly is only an added bonus.

The Bad

What can you say that is bad about these speakers? They sound great, look great, sure they are a little expensive, but they are worth the money and they come in pairs. So all in all there is nothing bad about these speakers at all.

I like everything about these speakers. They are small and fit into the wall with ease and are virtually invisible when installed. The sound is magnificent and powerful not to mention crystal clear.

Polk Audio RC85i - Top Of The Line In Wall

Great pair of in wall speakers that have the finest sound imaginable. It is clear and precise and the speakers themselves fit into the wall with ease.

Here is yet another high quality Polk speaker. The Polk Audio RC85i speakers are excellent in every way imaginable. I adore the crystal clear sound that makes me feel as if I am in the middle of the concert of the century. I have been to many concerts and to be perfectly honest, the sound that comes from these speakers is better than the sound I heard in real life. As far as I’m concerned that makes these speakers top notch listening.

These cool speakers are nice and tiny and the best part is that they will fit directly into the wall for a flush mount that is not going to detract in any way from the décor.  You can even paint the grilles to make sure they blend seamlessly. As long as you install these Polk speakers correctly and you follow the instructions that come with them, people will walk into the room and not even notice that these are there.

And you have to love the steerable tweeters. Each 1" soft dome dynamic balance tweeter sits on a swivel base. This allows you to reposition them according to where you’ll sitting in the room. This kind of fine tuning ensures that you always get that perfectly pitched Polk sound, in any and all situations. And the 8" dynamic balance woofer doesn’t hurt either. This sounds powerful and rich and it really balances the clarity of the tweeters. I love the well rounded sound that comes from these speakers, it is truly a joy to hear.

The Polk Audio RC85i in wall speakers are powerful speakers that come in a conveniently small, easy to install package. I like how they blend with any décor and the sound has fantastic imaging and crystal clear clarity that cannot be beaten.
