The Good

Figerhut.com has a nice financing plan that makes it possible to buy things with low monthly payments and 100% Satisfaction guaranteed.

The Bad

Well…it seems as though they only have two pairs of speakers and some Ipod docks for sale, so I’m going to say that their selection is rather limited.

The Verdict

Figerhut.com is kind of a quaint little internet retailer, not suited for an audiophile. There are very few choices, but you can purchase them with low monthly payments and satisfaction is guaranteed.

In terms of speakers, fingerhut.com is not a great place to shop. I was able to only find two models when searching the term ‘speakers.’ They were both rather massive MTX 2-way loudspeaker pairs. The Ipod dock selection, however, is not half bad offering several varieties of portable systems for your pod. Definitely not a ton of choices in the way of speakers and what they do have is seemingly geared towards the casual entertainment dabbler, not someone committed to the finest listening experience possible.

To their credit, however, they do have a pretty nice financing plan that allows you to pay for things in installments and the monthly payment amounts are conveniently listed with the product’s description. Fingerhut boasts a satisfaction guaranteed policy and has customer support via telephone. Other than that, I wouldn’t shop here for loudspeakers, but Ipod docks? Maybe, especially if I feel the need to pay for a $50 item of a period of seven months.
