Currently, J&R ships within the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Puerto Rico, Canada and to the Armed Forces APO/FPO customers.  International credit card holders with billing addresses outside these areas cannot ship to their locations – only to the above named regions.  Shipping costs on speakers are determined by weight or dimensional weight (size of box) – whichever is greater.  The minimum charge per order for Ground Shipping is $6.95.  Most orders are shipped within 2 business days, but this depends on your selected form of shipping.  Sales tax is only applied on orders shipped within New York.  J&R also offers an “exclusive 30-day exchange/refund policy” to web and mail order customers but make sure the box is returned the way you found it to avoid restocking fees.
